We offer a 7-day return window, starting from the date your item is delivered.
Replacement product will be delivered within 5 working days
Important: To be eligible for a return, you must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Damaged on Arrival? We’ve Got You Covered!
If your item was received damaged, broken, or defective due to transit:
You’re eligible for a 100% refund or a free replacement – no questions asked
Please provide an unboxing video and clear photos showing the damage
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to yantragems.com@gmail.com
If the issue is not reported within 48 hours, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or process a refund.
Change of Mind Returns (No Damage)
If there’s no damage but you still want to return the item:
You’ll need to arrange shipping back to our warehouse on your own
We will refund you only the product price
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
Email us at yantragems.com@gmail.com to start the return and get the return address.
Please Note – About Our Natural Stone Products
All Yantra Gems products are made using authentic natural stones. Because of this:
- Cracks, lines, textures, internal spots, or minor imperfections are natural features, not defects
- We do not dye or artificially enhance our products to hide these traits
- Every item is hand-inspected before dispatch to ensure it’s safe for skin use
💡 Tip: Try facial rollers or Gua Sha tools on your hand first, before using on your face.
✅ Return Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return:
✔️ The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact
✔️ It must be returned in original packaging
✔️ You must have proof of purchase or order confirmation
❌ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
❌ Used, damaged (by customer), or opened items are not eligible
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You’ll be notified via email about approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
If we arranged the pickup, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by us
Shipping & COD Charges
💸 Refunds are only applicable on product price
❌ Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
For all other cases, please return the product and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
📌 Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
⏳ After 12 hours or once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
⏱️ Refund Timeline
Once the returned product clears our quality check:
💸 Refund will be processed within 24–48 hours
📅 It may take up to 5–7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment method
